At Evolve Essentials, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. All orders are packed by our team in Lethbridge, Alberta and shipped across Canada.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: $10 CAD per order

Free shipping: On orders over $75 CAD

Shipping rates for wholesale/retail orders differ and will be communicated directly to retailers.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region and carrier:

Alberta & Prairies: 2–5 business days

BC & Ontario: 3–7 business days

Atlantic Canada & Territories: 5–10 business days
Remote areas may experience extended delivery times.
International Shipping
At this time, Evolve Essentials ships within Canada only.
We are working toward expanding into the U.S. and international markets in the future.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Evolve Essentials is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
