Eligibility

  • Our return and refund policy applies only to orders placed directly through our website (Direct-to-Consumer orders).

  • Purchases made through retailers or third-party sellers must be handled directly with the store where the item was purchased.

Return Window

  • We accept eligible return or refund requests within 30 days of your purchase date.

Condition Requirements

  • To be eligible, products must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and sealed

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@evolveessentials.ca with:

    • A photo of the issue

    • Your order number

  • If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or heavily discounted items

  • Retail purchases (must be handled by the retailer)

Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.

  • Return shipping is free if the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Safety Note

Because our products are ingestible, we can only accept returns of sealed, unopened items to ensure quality and safety for all customers.
